We said cheers to the English last night, and woke up on the bus this morning in France! Somewhere in between was the uberfast Chunnel, the world’s longest underwater tunnel. Around noon we pulled up to our charming hotel in Paris…. a block from the Seine, and flanked on either side by the Louvre and Eiffel Tower. Prime real estate indeed, complete with our very own wraparound balcony. We spent the afternoon on our feet imagining which balcony would be ours when we come back to live. A trip to the market awarded a couple baguettes, some fancy shmanchy olive oil, and a bottle of red (not imported). The night is ours, in the City of Light. We even kissed on a bridge.

Mapquesting.

Rather than wits, Emily opted to employ her good looks in an attempt to break Da Vinci’s code.

Its not a blue martini but……….
Au revoir!
