Last night I could tell Spencer and I were getting overwhelmed and fear was setting in!….. after a couple visits to the store where we put down some serious cash on what seemed like nothing…. but it’s all good. It’s worth it in fact. And we are both glad we have a Costco card for the time being!…. and friends that will remind us how to do things on the cheaper side. Spencer just left to go look at two cars in town…..
The kids are both sleeping. They were both on Hawaiian time the first day here. I must say that they are pretty great travelers.
Gavin and I went to a garage sale this AM!…. and he got some of those fake bricks (that are life size)…… I remember I had them at Moscow Day School. We got a set of them for a buck, along with a marble maze game like the one at your house! But no marbles- so we’ll look at Foodland later:). And a TON of hangers, a BIG basket for all the blocks, and four beach towels…all for 10 dolla!…..

It’s so beautiful here….and LOTS of small kids everywhere we go. The temp is perfect….always a nice wind, and we even think the ocean is cold:)…but it’s definitely NOT>
We went shell and sea glass hunting a few times- Gavin like to sort them by color.
He understands why I like the plumerias, too and wonders why they come in so many different color combinations.

It’s funny but I’m actually wanting to find a house in Pupukea now….leaning to that in fact. I think when you see how much more yard we could have and that we wouldn’t be living on top of other people…more space and freedom to move seems to be our priority right now.
There are chickens and roosters beside the house and Deia gets scared when she hears them! She crawls faster than I’ve ever seen her when she hears them and wants to be held. Our little Tica baby is scared of roosters! hahah!
