Moving Past It….in a Minivan

I think we got through the sludge!…. All that uncertainty and fear and anxiety definitely came. And went! And we never really let it stay for long.  I would say a healthy amount, but we had trust and faith in the Universe. We’re making the place we’re staying at feel more homey until we find a more permanent home. That’s always helpful. And we bought a car yesterday! A 99 Toyota Sienna. It felt so right and good. And cooold. The air conditioning had a Venti Cappucino if you ask me! And yes- a Sienna is a mini-van. And we LOVE it. We have wanted a mini-van ever since we started driving my parents’ car. All the different seat combinations are pretty fantastic. There is TONS of storage for bikes and baseball bats and balls. And surfboards and beach toys. And smelly soccer gear. I never really thought I’d be so excited about something. Maybe all the years of living simply and traveling have helped me to see the beauty of a space to call your own, and the freedom to move on your own- as opposed to asking for rides or waiting for the bus. There’s a beauty to every way.

So yeh. We own a mini-van. it’s a nice green color. The color of LOVE and abundance and LIFE!
