Internal Growth thru the Discomfort

Sometimes when we are going thru uncomfortable feelings and old wounds (re) surface it can be frustrating and feel like we are going backwards. But once we come out the other side (WHICH WE ALWAYS WILL)….. we can see/feel the growth that has actually taken place. What are some things to do while we are going thru uncomfortable, painful, frustrating times?…. Do something for others, give, create, be in nature, put on a movie that makes you laugh, go to a trusted friend to hold space and not try an fix it…..
